Community Listing
In 2015, several communities in east central Minnesota participated in a Regional Housing Study. This study is what outlined the need for a centralized organization of housing resources and initiated the creation of the East Central Housing Organization. East central Minnesota also has GPS 45:93, which is a regional economic development consortium strategically located along Interstate 35 between Minneapolis/St. Paul and Duluth. East central Minnesota an ideal location for those companies serving the Twin Cities and Duluth area as the location places us within two hours of over 80% of the state's population.
